• All packages guaranteed unlimited food for 3 hours during the event. 
• Foods will be served in upscale roll top chafing dishes. Table service is available at an additional cost. Remaining cooked food will be packaged for guests. 
• All packages are based on a minimum of 20 Guests. Guest counts under 20 will not include a dedicated attendant and may incur different guest rates. Guest count guarantees will be used from most recent correspondence with the event host. 
• An 18% Service Charge will be assessed on all Food & Beverage purchases. The gratuity will be directed to the room attendant and service bartender. 
• Room rental of $200 will be assessed to all events on Friday and Saturday after 4pm. Room rental fee includes all linens; private rental of room until 2am if required, and admission for up to 40 Guests to The Piazza Bar (no cover charge for all guests) 
• A deposit is required for all bookings on Fridays and Saturdays after scheduled after 4pm. The room rental fee of $200 + applicable sales tax will be considered a non-refundable deposit.

Tally Bar
All selections, guests alcohol is tallied and paid by party host.

Open Bar
House beer & wine - $6 first hour, $3 for each additional hour.
House beer, wine, & liquor - $8 first hour, $3 for each additional hour.
